Learning to fly,

when you don’t know how or why

A day of Contact Improvisation with David Basak and Jocasta Crofts.

We will be working with the upper and lower body centres, linking them together in an embodied knowing and being of the body dancing; opening into creative play and exploration, that may surprisingly take you up.
