Giving massage is one of my favourite activities. bringing presence through touch for integration, relaxation, rest or invigoration is a privilege and a pleasure. I believe that our bodies have huge intelligence, which can live more fully when make space to bring presence to this intelligence. Massage should be a gateway to ease, rejuvenation and bliss.
I’m trained in Swedish massage, shiatsu and osteopathy and have been enjoying treating thousands of happy clients since 2000.
Massage options:
Mahanarayan oil massage. A sumptuous flowing massage using warm ayurvedic oil for muscle relaxation. Will leave you feeling relaxed and restored. This massage uses a whole range of techniques to ease muscle tension, improve circulation and promote well-being. Option of adding warm stones.
Acupressure massage. This massage is received wearing loose clothing and uses rocking techniques, hand and thumb pressure as well as joint stretches to ease muscle tension. People are often surprised how relaxing and invigorating this massage is to receive, as well as how integrated they feel in their own body afterwards. Option of adding acupuncture needles.
Hydrotherapy plus massage. Enjoy soaking in a secluded hydrotherapy jacuzzi prior to your massage for the ultimate in bliss-out relaxation. Private 25 minute session just for you. Time to gaze at the sky, breathe and relax. Add £15 to your massage session cost. Fresh green juice or ginger shot available as extra.
Couples spa and massage. For less than the cost of a public spa centre enjoy a private, bespoke session for you and a loved one. 25 minutes in the hot tub followed by simultaneous side by side massage from myself and Lilo, a highly rated local masseur. Fantastic as a gift option.
Costs: £40 half hour, £65 1 hour, £80 1 and a half hours.
Location: stunning lake view massage room in central Forest Row. Home visits also available.
