Contact Improvisation workshop 1-4.30pm (last half hour will be jamming), followed by a Jam 5.30-8.30pm accompanied by live music.

In this workshop we will move into contact, with ourselves and others. There will be space for listening into, being with and opening from wherever we’re at. A space to connect to your dynamic animal body. We’ll resource from the Axis Syllabus dictionary of anatomy and biomechanics; we will land into, fall with, find ground, and play. This three hour workshop will touch into contact improvisation fundamentals suitable for all levels of movers from beginners to experienced, providing a launchpad for jamming in open space accompanied by live music.
